Blogger's Slow Down - Typically CFS

For weeks now I've been thinking about posting a blog here. As you can see it took me until today to do it! This is typically CFS. We start out with enthusiasum on new projects, something to take our mind off symptoms and boredom. It's so nice to have something to look forward to and there isn't much we have to look forward to while laying in a bed inside four walls. And so I thought blogging was IT. Something fun to do ---

But symptoms lag on and time seems to fly by like mollasses. [I'm still trying to figure out how time can seem to slip by like it does, not finding enough time to get things done I wish to do, yet at the end of the day seeming to have accomplished nothing! I think it's because it takes me ten times longer to do simple tasks.] Somehow all that mollasses seems to cause forgetfulness and damper whatever enthusiasum I had.

A few days ago my daughter announced to me that she lacked motivation. Not really unusual for a teen I suppose. She figured it should come in a bottle the same way happiness and calmness come in bottles prescribed to her friends. I had to inform her that they don't sell motivation anywhere and if they did I might just want to get a bottle of it myself! Ha!

...but I'm full of good intentions!
